On Monday 21st January at 10.00 CET the AGINFRA+ project will hold a webinar on Galaxy and Galaxy integration with the DataMiner service.
Galaxy is a scientific workflow, data integration, and data and analysis persistence and publishing platform that aims to make computational biology accessible to research scientists that do not have computer programming or systems administration experience. AGINFRA+ VREs include access to a Galaxy deployment where researchers can make use of the usual Galaxy features and also interact with the DataMiner platform to run the available algorithms. This webinar will introduce Galaxy, the available deployment for AGINFRA+ VREs and the DataMiner integration.

AGINFRA+ aims to exploit core e-infrastructures such as EGI.eu, OpenAIRE, EUDAT and D4Science, towards the evolution of the AGINFRA data infrastructure, so as to provide a sustainable channel addressing adjacent but not fully connected user communities around Agriculture and Food.
The selected AGINFRA+ Use Cases will illustrate the benefits of applying the Science as a Service approach to pressing research questions from the corresponding research communities.
